On Saturday morning, SpaceX sent its 15th batch of Starlink satellites into orbit.

  • The satellites provide high-speed internet access to remote places around the world.

  • SpaceX plans on putting thousands of these satellites into space.

Space Coast locals say they love seeing more launches. “I was in awe. Once the rocket went up and the sound came over, it just hit, you know? It rumbled in your body. It was awesome! I was excited,” one local said to the press.

Antonio Brown pens one-year contract with Buccaneers

This week, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed Antonio Brown, the wide receiver who has been involved in a number of controversies both on and off the field.

  • The Buc’s quarterback, Tom Brady, has been pushing for the team to sign his old teammate. And with a number of the Bucs star receivers on the sideline, the team needed someone else.

While the terms of the contract still need to be finalized, Brown is set to make his Bucs debut on November 8th against the New Orleans Saints.

Rays’ Randy Arozarena sets new record for most bases in postseason

Randy Arozarena, the star rookie for the Tampa Bay Rays, is starting to rack up the records. In game 3 of the World Series on Friday, Azorarena hit a home-run to earn his 52nd total base of the postseason.

  • In addition to most bases, Arozarena also has 23 hits, breaking Derek Jeter’s rookie record in 1996.

  • Arozarena’s eight home runs also ties three other players in the postseason.

In an interview with the press, the manager for the Rays’ said, “There is still no explanation for it. I've heard some of the names he's tied with or passing. That's pretty special territory."
